Encouraging learning and exchange

Host communal seasonal workshops and residencies for both residents and visitors.
Event programming
Organize regular, year-round gatherings such as potlucks and movie nights to foster both local and international networking.

Addressing women’s and FLINTA* issues

Create a welcoming environment that exists outside of commercial venues that require mandatory consumption.
